Lamivudine is stops the replication of DNA of viral by converting into its triphosphate form.
Lamivudine does the termination of viral DNA replication.
Zidovudine blocks the reverse transcription of Viral DNA from Viral RNA by competing with enzyme. Thus Zidovudine does the termination of DNA chain.
