Aceclofenac is Preferantial cox 2 inhibitor which selectively block the Cox 2 Enzyme. Cox 2 Enzyme Produces the prostaglanding which is responsible for the pain. So by inhibiting cox 2 enzyme, it stops the production of prostaglanding which lead to reduction in Pain.
