Moxifloxacin acts by inhibiting enzyme called DNA gyrase which are responsible for DNA replication of bacteria. Thus Moxifloxacin stops multiplication of bacteria.
Bromfenac is cox 2 inhibitor which selectively blocks the Cox 2 Enzyme. Cox 2 Enzyme Produces the prostaglandin which is responsible for the pain and inflammation.
