Mode of Action and Pharmacology
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps in the relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
The DA2-receptor antagonist domperidone antagonizes the inhibitory effect of dopamine, causing the gastric muscle contraction resulting in relief of nausea

Precautions & How to Use
Medication should be taken one hour before the meal generally in morning.
